That's awesome. And soo true. At the show on Saturday, people actually responded to him, so he got a lot more excited and into it. There was even a singalong. I love his facial expression in the comic. :)
HEY, those lyrics are not from Academy Is songs! (although you could probably find emo lyrics by them if you looked...) And yeah, in the one song he spells out D-O-N-E and O-V-E-R... he split the audience in half, each side spelling a word on his cue. It was intense.
