First and foremost, watch this video, you will not be disappointed: "Signs"

All done? Excellent.

Well, for those of you following, I've got one week left here at The Heritage Theatre Festival as a properties intern and wardrobe run crewman, and me oh my has the time flown. My return to school prompts a cocktail of emotion. I am, of course, glad to see my friends and continue with the core of my study, but at the same time have some serious reservations about my theatre program. Granted, I was recently sent an email detailing how the program was about to change for the better. The Armory Free Theatre has new lighting equipment, the Freshman class is to become more integrated into running shows, and some assorted bureaucratic issues have been straightened out. I'm afraid of hoping too much, though. None of these decisions can alter the morale of the students in the program, which has been rather low as of late. Nor will they change some of the core methods of the program, some of which I feel are fundamentally flawed.

So, this Sunday, I will leave Heritage, head home, and then, a couple of weeks later, return to The Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. Will it be changed for the better? Or will it be E.M. Forester's Chandrapore, a location to which I must be 'driven down to acquire disillusionment'?

Time, and this blog, will tell.
