Yesterday some friends and I went to the home of the Heritage Theatre Festival Technical directory, and had a wonderful time. The drive out was about 40 minutes long, and consisted of winding roads and wooded areas. Sitting in the trunk, looking out the right hand window, I was struck by our drive's similarity to the first few minutes of Hayao Miyazaki's Spirited Away, the forest whizzing by as Chihiro's father speeds down the pathway.

A good start to a good day.
